Alternate Supplier means any energy services company, whether or not affiliated with Landlord, that is permitted by federal, state or local law, rule or regulation or by the Utility to supply electricity to the Building or directly to Tenant, regardless of whether such Alternate Supplier generates its own electricity at or near the Building or delivers such electricity over the transmission and distribution system of the Utility currently or in the future providing electricity and/or electric transmission and distribution services to the Building.

Alternate Supplier means a supplier of Wheelsets or Wheelset Services other than SUPPLIER.
