ALR definition

ALR. The ratio determined by dividing (a) Assets by (b) Liabilities, determined as of the last day of the Performance Period. For purposes of this ratio, Assets and Liabilities shall be increased for the amount of representation and warranty receipts that were subsequently used to settle Liabilities.

ALR when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, indicates that such Loan, or the Loans constituting such Borrowing, are bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR.

ALR means the interest rate announced by IHFL, from time to time as its Indiabulls Marginal Lending Rate (”IMLR”) and applied by IHFL with margin, if any, as may be decided by IHFL, on the Loan of the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
