Allow definition

Allow means the WCAT panel disagrees with the determination made on an issue covered by a decision or order under appeal, or grants the remedy requested in an application.
Allow and “Allowing” shall have correlative meanings.
Allow means to do nothing to prevent or stop the abuse or neglect of a child in circumstances where the person knows or has reason to know that the child is abused or neglected.
