Allocated Percentage definition

Allocated Percentage means an amount expressed as a percentage equal to the proportion of the fully diluted equity interest of each of the Existing Investors in the Company immediately prior to the Closing Date as set forth on Exhibit B hereto.

• Commencing within three full billingcycles from the Commercial Operation Date, or if later, the date of this Agreement, your Local Electric Utility will offset the charges on your monthly electric bill with a Bill Credit allocated to you based on your Allocated Percentage of Delivered Energy and calculated as set forth on page 1 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Allocated Percentage

Allocated Percentage means, with respect to a Purchased Asset and/or Contributed Asset, the percentage obtained by (a) with respect to the Purchase Price-Base, [***] divided by [***]; (b) with respect to the Purchase Price-Incremental 1, [***] divided by [***]; (c) with respect to the Purchase Price-Incremental 2, [***] divided by [***].
