Allocable Shares definition

Allocable Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

Allocable Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8 of this Agreement.

Allocable Shares means notional shares of Common Stock allocable among Eligible Policyholders in the Reorganization.

• JPMorgan shall have no responsibility for the maintenance or distribution of the Settlement Payment once paid into the applicable escrow accounts, which maintenance and distribution shall be the sole responsibility of the Accepting Trustees (each with respect to the Allocable Shares of the Settlement Trusts for which it acts as Trustee).

• Neither JPMorgan nor any of the Institutional Investors shall have any liability under this Settlement Agreement to the Accepting Trustees, the Settlement Trusts, any Investor in such Settlement Trusts, or any other Person in connection with the determination, administration, or distribution of the Allocable Shares.

More Definitions of Allocable Shares

Allocable Shares means, subject to Section 11.1(h), 50,000,000 shares of Common Stock, to be allocated as described in Article X.

Allocable Shares means 64,000,000 (sixty four million) shares of Common Stock as the same may be adjusted pursuant to Section 13.1 or Section 7.1(e).
