Allocable Purchase Price definition

Allocable Purchase Price means, with respect to each Property, the amount set forth in Schedule A opposite the name of such Property, it being understood and agreed that the aggregate amount of the Allocable Purchase Prices of the Properties shall be Two Hundred One Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($201,720,000).

More Definitions of Allocable Purchase Price
