Alliance Agreements definition

Alliance Agreements means the master agreement between the Parties dated February 29, 2012, as amended, and any agreement entered into pursuant thereof including the development agreements and the joint purchasing agreement.

Alliance Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Alliance Support Agreement.

Alliance Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in the Investment Agreement.

Alliance Agreements means all agreements entered into by BMS, Sanofi or any Affiliate of BMS or Sanofi, as the case may be, in furtherance of the development, manufacturing and/or commercialization of any Product in the U.S. (only with respect to Irbesartan), and Territory A, Territory B, Territory B1, the Territory A Opt-out Countries and the Territory B1 Opt-out Countries.
