Allergan Technology means all Proprietary Rights licensed and/or sublicensed by Allergan and/or its Affiliates pursuant to the Technology License Agreement.

• ASTI shall not settle any such action relating to any alleged infringement which in any manner would adversely affect Allergan Technology without the prior written consent of Allergan.

Allergan Technology means any and all technology owned or licensed to Allergan that is necessary for the discovery and development of a Development Compound including but not limited to assays used in accordance with the Research Plan for the purpose of conducting assay development activities.

Allergan Technology means all rights to Program Technology acquired by Allergan pursuant to the exercise of the Asset Purchase Option.

Allergan Technology shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.1.
