Allegations definition

Allegations means the allegations described in Section 1.2 above, as well as the allegations made in the Class Action Complaint filed in the Litigation, as well as any claims that could be pursued under the laws of the United States or any state on the basis of one or more of those allegations.
Allegations means the allegations as asserted in the Litigation and Amended Complaint as set forth in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 above.
Allegations means unsubstantiated accusations or statements.

Allegations means accusing before proving with evidence.
Allegations means the allegations in the Action concerning an agreement, contract, combination or conspiracy in restraint of trade in the poultry industry, the purpose and effect of which was to suppress competition for labor and to allow Xxxxx Farms to pay sub- competitive compensation to hourly and salaried workers in its Poultry Processing Operations (as defined below) in violation of Section 1 of the Xxxxxxx Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
