Airtime Services definition

Airtime Services means the connection to and use of a telecommunications network for mobile telephone calls;
Airtime Services means the connection to and use of a telecommunication network for mobile telephone calls.
Airtime Services means cellular mobile telecommunications airtime and network capacity procured from a network/service provider; “Connection” means the connection of an end user to a network or service provider such that the end user is capable of accessing and utilising the Airtime Services; “Customer” means the person ordering the Equipment/Services and/or the Airtime Services whose full details are set out in the form overleaf; “Downward Migration” means in respect of a Connection, the transfer (at the request of the Customer) from one tariff provided by the network/service provider (“the Old Tariff”) to another tariff provided by that same network/service provider (“the New Tariff”) which results in the Customer being charged a lower monthly line rental under the New Tariff than it was being charged under the Old Tariff, and the phrase “Downward Migrated shall be construed accordingly; “Equipment” means mobile telecommunications handsets and other associated equipment; ‘’The Funder’’ refers to a third party lease company or Finance House; “Minimum Terms” means the minimum period of time which the Customer has agreed to maintain (a) Connection(s) under the Airtime Agreement; “Monthly Subsidy Amount” means the amount which is derived by dividing the Subsidy payable for a Connection by the number of months in the Minimum Term applicable to that Connection; “Services” means any services ordered by the Customer and provided by Excalibur Communications (GB) Ltd; “Signatory” means the individual signing the Customer Contract Form; and “Subsidy” means the sum payable by Excalibur Communications (GB) Ltd to the Customer as is determined by Excalibur Communications (GB) Ltd in its sole discretion, taking into consideration the number of Connections which the Customer is taking out and the applicable tariffs and the Minimum Term which the Customer is prepared to enter into.

  • Your installation and/or use of Your BlackBerry Solution (or any portion thereof), the RIM Services or associated Airtime Services may result in the Processing of personal information as defined under applicable law about You and Your Authorised Users (collectively, “Users”) by RIM Group of Companies and its service providers, Your Airtime Service Providers, and third parties with products or services used with Your BlackBerry Solution.

  • Airtime Services are generally required to use Your BlackBerry Solution, including, for video chat, email and cellular phone calls.

  • In most instances, Your BlackBerry Solution will require a subscription for Airtime Services in order to use Your BlackBerry Solution and You must acquire this subscription through an Airtime Service Provider (or where available through RIM on behalf of an Airtime Service Provider) which Airtime Services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of such Airtime Service Provider.

  • RIM may perform all obligations to be performed under this Agreement directly or may have some or all obligations performed by its contractor or subcontractors, and/or in the case of Airtime Services, by the Airtime Service Provider or its subsidiaries or affiliates.

  • The Customer may cancel the Airtime Services at 30 days’ notice, subject to any Early Terminations Fees if the term remaining for the device is greater than the 30-day notice period.

Airtime Services means cellular mobile telecommunications airtime and network capacity produced from a network/service provider. “Airtime Agreement” means the agreement which governs the provision of Airtime Services from the relevant network/service provider. “VMUK” means Vision Mobile UK (company registration 5846866) whose registered office are at Hawthorn House, Medlicott Close, Oakley Hay, Corby, Northants, NN189NF.
