Aircraft Documentation definition

Aircraft Documentation means all (a) log books, Aircraft records, manuals and other documents provided to LESSEE in connection with the Aircraft, (b) documents listed in Exhibits E and K and (c) any other documents required to be maintained during the Lease Term by the Aviation Authority, LESSEE's Maintenance Program and this Lease.
Aircraft Documentation means all logs, manuals, certificates, data and inspection, modification, repair, and overhaul records which are required to be maintained with respect to the Aircraft under the Maintenance Program or by the Relevant Aviation Authority.
Aircraft Documentation means (a) all log books, records, manuals and other data or documents described in Attachment 1 to the Acceptance Certificate, (b) all other log books, records (including, without limitation, records relating to the operation, service, inspection, maintenance, modification, testing, overhaul and repair of the Aircraft, the Engines and all Parts installed therein or thereon, including any FAA 8130-3 serviceability tags, or which are required to substantiate the airworthiness, age, use and or utility of the Aircraft, any Engine or any Part), manuals (including, without limitation, operating, maintenance, repair, overhaul or parts manuals), data, drawings, certificates, licenses, commitment letters received from the Airframe Manufacturer at delivery or other documents that are required to be maintained during the Lease Term under the terms of this Agreement, by the Aviation Authority, by the Approved Maintenance Program, or those that are otherwise provided to Lessee at Delivery or during the Lease Term with respect to the Aircraft or any Engine or any Part, and (c) all updates and additions to any of the foregoing and renewals, revisions and replacements thereof from time to time made in accordance with this Agreement or applicable law or otherwise.

Examples of Aircraft Documentation in a sentence

  • LESSEE agrees to cooperate with LESSOR in making the Aircraft and Aircraft Documentation available to such authorized technical teams.

  • On reasonable notice, LESSOR and/or its authorized agents or representatives will have the right to inspect the Aircraft and Aircraft Documentation.

  • LESSEE at its expense will return the Aircraft, Engines, Parts and Aircraft Documentation to LESSOR at Indianapolis International Airport, Indianapolis, Indiana or to such other airport as may be mutually agreed to by LESSEE and LESSOR.

  • The Aircraft Documentation shall be current as of the date the Aircraft is returned under the Lease and in full compliance with the requirements of the Relevant Aviation Authority.

  • In the event that the Maintenance Program deviates from the Maintenance Planning Document, the Aircraft Documentation shall include a document which shall cross-reference all deviations.


More Definitions of Aircraft Documentation

Aircraft Documentation means the manuals, logbooks and other records relating to the Aircraft or any part thereof delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser which shall include, without limitation, all records, manuals, logbooks and other documentation required on the Delivery Date by the rules and regulations of the FAA for Purchaser to take title to, own, control, use, operate, repair and maintain the Aircraft.
Aircraft Documentation means all (a) log books, Aircraft records, manuals and other documents provided to Lessee in connection with and relating to the Aircraft, (b) documents listed in the Acceptance Certificate and (c) any other documents required to be maintained in respect of the Aircraft or any Part thereof during the Lease Term and until the Termination Date by the Aviation Authority, Lessee’s Maintenance Program and this Lease.
Aircraft Documentation and “Encumbrances” shall have the same meanings in this Xxxx of Sale as in the Sale Agreement. The Aircraft is sold AS IS and WHERE IS and under all the terms and conditions set forth in the Sale Agreement.
Aircraft Documentation means records, manuals, logs and documents delivered with the Aircraft and those developed and maintained with respect to the Aircraft during the Term, including, without limitation, all of those required by the FAA to be maintained for FAR Part 121 operation and the Aircraft Documentation listed in Appendix I hereto.
Aircraft Documentation means the manuals, logbooks and other records relating to the Aircraft or any part thereof delivered by Seller to Purchaser, including two copies of the Aircraft flight and maintenance manuals (for service of the Aircraft) and one copy each of the service bulletins and the customer service letters current as of the date of Delivery.
Aircraft Documentation has the meaning specified in Exhibit D hereto.
Aircraft Documentation means, with respect to each Aircraft then subject to a Lease, the “aircraft documents,” “technical documents” or similarly defined term in such Lease and with respect to each Aircraft not then subject to a Lease (a) the documents (including microfilm), data, manuals, diagrams and other written information originally furnished by the Manufacturer and/or the Seller, (b) the documents, records, logs and other data maintained (or required to be maintained) in respect of the Airframes and Engines pursuant to the terms of Leases related to such Airframes and Engines during the term of such Leases, (c) the documents, records, logs and other data maintained (or required to be maintained) in respect of the Airframes and Engines pursuant to the applicable Aviation Authority under which the Airframes and Engines are subject, and (d) the documents, records, logs and other data maintained (or recommended to be maintained) in respect of the Airframes and Engines pursuant to the applicable Manufacturer’s recommendations and/or the Maintenance Program, as applicable.
