Aircraft Assets definition

Aircraft Assets means (x) aircraft, airframes, engines (including spare engines), propellers, parts and other operating assets and pre-delivery payments relating to any of the items in this clause (x); and (y) intermediate or operating leases relating to any of the items in the foregoing clause (x).
Aircraft Assets means (1) the Aircraft, together with the products and proceeds thereof, and (2) the Aircraft Note.
Aircraft Assets aircraft, airframes, engines (including spare engines), parts and pre-delivery payments relating to the foregoing.

More Definitions of Aircraft Assets

Aircraft Assets means “Flight Equipment held for Operating Lease [net],” plus “Net Investment in Direct Finance Leases,” plus “Inventory” plus “Lease Premium” plus “End of Lease Assets” (or such substantially similar terms for such substantially similar assets as may be used from time to time).
Aircraft Assets means one or more Aircraft, together with the related assets with respect thereto, including, without limitation, the Leases with respect to such Aircraft (and the Related Security with respect thereto) and any related Security Deposits, Maintenance Reserves or other cash reserves.
Aircraft Assets means the Aircraft Collateral and any related Security Deposits or Maintenance Rent.
Aircraft Assets has the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement.
Aircraft Assets means all Aircraft and any related lease interests owned or leased, or to be owned or leased, by any Serviced Group Member from time to time; provided, however, that Aircraft Assets shall not include any Aircraft Asset in respect of which the Servicers or such Serviced Group Member shall have terminated the Servicer's obligation to provide Services with respect thereto in accordance with Article 7 hereof.
Aircraft Assets means all Initial Aircraft, the Offering Memorandum Aircraft, any Additional Aircraft, any spare parts, spare engines or ancillary equipment or devices furnished therewith and related lease interests and options owned by any Person within AerCo Group; provided however, that Aircraft Assets shall not include any Aircraft Asset (x) that shall have ceased to be an Aircraft Asset pursuant to this Agreement, or (y) in respect of which the Servicer or AerCo shall have terminated the Servicer's obligation to provide Services in accordance with Article 10 of this Agreement.
Aircraft Assets means aircraft and spare engines.
