Agreement Material definition

Agreement Material means all Material: created for the purpose of performing this Agreement; incorporated in, supplied or required to be supplied along with the Material referred to in paragraph (a) above; or copied or derived from Material referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b); and includes all Agreement Records.
