Aggregate Total Exposure definition

Aggregate Total Exposure means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Loans (excluding Loans made for the purpose of reimbursing the Issuing Banks for any amount drawn under any Letter of Credit, but not yet so applied) and (ii) the Letter of Credit Usage.
Aggregate Total Exposure means, at any time, the sum of the Aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure and the Aggregate Ancillary Facility Exposure at such time.
Aggregate Total Exposure means, at any time, the sum of the Total Exposure of all Lenders then in effect.

More Definitions of Aggregate Total Exposure

Aggregate Total Exposure means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Loans.
Aggregate Total Exposure means the Aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure and the outstanding Term Loans.
