Aggregate Total Exposure definition
Aggregate Total Exposure means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Loans (excluding Loans made for the purpose of reimbursing the Issuing Banks for any amount drawn under any Letter of Credit, but not yet so applied) and (ii) the Letter of Credit Usage.
Aggregate Total Exposure means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Loans.
Aggregate Total Exposure means, at any time, the sum of the Total Exposure of all Lenders then in effect.

Aggregate Total Exposure means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Revolving Loans (other than Revolving Loans made for the purpose of reimbursing the Issuing Bank for any amount drawn under any Letter of Credit, but not yet so applied) and (ii) the Letter of Credit Usage.

Any change in the Alternate Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate, the NYFRB Rate or the Term SOFR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate, the NYFRB Rate or the Term SOFR Rate, respectively. If the Alternate Base Rate is being used as an alternate rate of interest pursuant to Section 2.14 (for the avoidance of doubt, only until the Benchmark Replacement has been determined pursuant to Section 2.14(b)), then the Alternate Base Rate shall be the greater of clauses (a) and (b) above and shall be determined without reference to clause (c) above.
