Aggregate Subscription Price definition

Aggregate Subscription Price means the aggregate subscription proceeds from the sale and issue of the Units;

Aggregate Subscription Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term on the face page of this Subscription Agreement.

• If this subscription is rejected in whole, or the conditions of purchase set out herein are not fulfilled or waived, any cheques or other forms of payment delivered to the Corporation, or its counsel, representing the Aggregate Subscription Price will be promptly returned to the Subscriber without interest or deduction.

Aggregate Subscription Price means the aggregate subscription price set forth on the cover page of this Subscription Agreement, representing a subscription price of $1.00 per Preferred Share;
