Aggregate Receivables Amount definition

Aggregate Receivables Amount means, on any date of determination, without duplication, the aggregate Principal Amount of all Pool Receivables which are Eligible Receivables owned by the Company at the end of the Business Day immediately preceding such date minus (i) the Aggregate Obligor Overconcentration Amount minus (ii) the Aggregate Obligor Country Overconcentration Amount minus (iii) the Aggregate Revenue Recognition Overconcentration Amount minus (iv) the Aggregate Delinquent Receivable Overconcentration Amount.
Aggregate Receivables Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, (i) the aggregate Principal Amount of all Eligible Receivables in the Trust at the end of the Business Day immediately preceding such date minus (ii) the Aggregate Overconcentration Amount for such date.
