Aggregate Market Value definition

Aggregate Market Value is the product of (i) the number of Available Shares and (ii) the current per share market price of the Common Shares on the Adjustment Date, determined as provided in Section 11(d).
Aggregate Market Value means the product of (i) the number of shares of Common Stock to be applied as payment of the Exercise Price pursuant to Section 4(b)(iv)(B) and (ii) the Market Value Per Share as of the payment date.
Aggregate Market Value has the meaning specified in Annex C.

More Definitions of Aggregate Market Value

Aggregate Market Value means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Market Value of all Financed Rental Properties using the most recent Market Value obtained or determined pursuant to the definition of Market Value.
Aggregate Market Value means (a) the average closing price per share of the relevant class of Holdings capital stock during the 10 consecutive trading day period preceding the tenth trading day immediately preceding the closing date of the acquisition transaction with respect to which such shares are to be issued, times (b) the number of shares of such class of capital stock issued by Holdings in such acquisition transaction. The closing price for any day shall be the last reported sale price regular way or, in case no such reported sale takes place on such day, the average of the closing bid and asked prices regular way for such day, in each case (1) on The New York Stock Exchange as reported on the NYSE composite tape as reported in THE WALL STREET JOURNAL or another newspaper of general circulation in the Borough of Manhattan, City of New York, New York customarily published on each business day or (2) if the relevant shares of capital stock are not listed on The New York Stock Exchange, on the principal national securities exchange on which the relevant shares of capital stock of Holdings are listed or to which such shares are admitted to trading or (3) if the relevant shares of capital stock are not listed or admitted to trading on a national securities exchange, in the over-the-counter market as reported by NASDAQ or any comparable system or (4) if the relevant shares of capital stock are not listed on NASDAQ or a comparable system, or if for any other reason the current market price per share cannot be determined pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this paragraph, the current market price per share shall be the fair market value thereof as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors of Holdings; or
