Aggregate Liquidation Preference definition

Aggregate Liquidation Preference means the sum of the Series A Liquidation Preference, the Series A-2 Liquidation Preference, the Series B Liquidation Preference and the Series B-2 Liquidation Preference.
Aggregate Liquidation Preference means an amount equal to the product of (a) the Per Share Liquidation Preference and (b) the number of Preference Shares issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time (for the avoidance of doubt, prior to any payments with respect to the Underlying Common Shares with respect to such Preference Shares in accordance with Section 3.1(c)).
Aggregate Liquidation Preference means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Liquidation Preference of each outstanding share of the Series A Preferred Stock as of such date of determination.
