Aggregate Asset Value definition

Aggregate Asset Value means, when used with respect to all or a portion of the Collateral Assets, the sum of the Asset Values of all or of such portion of such Collateral Assets (other than Ineligible Collateral Assets).
Aggregate Asset Value means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Asset Value of all Purchased Assets.
Aggregate Asset Value means, as of any date of determination, for any group of Purchased Assets, the sum of the Asset Values of such Purchased Assets less the Excess Concentration Amount.

More Definitions of Aggregate Asset Value

Aggregate Asset Value means, as of any time, the fair market value of the Company Assets, as determined by agreement among the Members, or if such an agreement cannot be reached, or upon an Event of Default, by the methods set forth in Section 11.3.
Aggregate Asset Value. As of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Net Book Value and (ii) the Aggregate Finance Lease Balance.
