Any effectuated termination or reduction of the Aggregate Commitments shall be permanent.
Each reduction of the Aggregate Commitments shall be made ratably among the Lenders in accordance with their respective Revolving Commitments.
In no event shall Overadvance Loans be required that would cause (i) the aggregate outstanding U.S. Revolving Loans and LC Obligations to exceed the aggregate U.S. Revolving Commitments, (ii) the aggregate outstanding RoW Revolving Loans to exceed the aggregate RoW Revolving Commitments, or (iii) the Aggregate Exposure to exceed the Aggregate Commitments.
