Agency Guidelines definition

Agency Guidelines means those requirements, standards and procedures which may be adopted by the Agencies from time to time with respect to their purchase or guaranty of residential mortgage loans, which requirements govern the Agencies’ willingness to purchase or guaranty such loans.
Agency Guidelines means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Guide, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Guide and/or the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac Guide, the FHA Regulations, the VA Regulations and/or the Rural Housing Service Regulations, as the context may require, in each case as such guidelines have been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, FHA, VA or RHS, as applicable.
Agency Guidelines. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Guide, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac Guide or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Guide, as applicable, as such Agency Guidelines may be modified from time to time or enacted subsequent to the date of this Agreement, and any other applicable agreements, rules, regulations, directives, announcements, bulletins and instructions of the applicable Agency relating to the servicing or subservicing of residential mortgage loans.

  • The Customer is one or more natural persons and/or trustees for an Illinois land trust or a trustee under a “living trust” and such “living trust” is in compliance with Agency Guidelines for such trusts.

Agency Guidelines means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac Guide and the other Purchase Documents (as defined in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac Guide).
Agency Guidelines means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Guide, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Guide and/or the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac Guide, as the context may require, in each case as such guidelines have been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Agency Guidelines means the Ginnie Mae Guide, the Fannie Mae Guide and/or the Freddie Mac Guide, the FHA Regulations, the VA Regulations and/or the Rural Housing Service Regulations, as the context may require, in each case as such guidelines have been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA or RHS, as applicable.
Agency Guidelines means the G▇▇▇▇▇ M▇▇ Guidelines, the F▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Guidelines and the F▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac Guidelines, in each case as such guidelines have been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time (i) by G▇▇▇▇▇ Mae, F▇▇▇▇▇ M▇▇ or F▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, as applicable, in the ordinary course of business and, with respect to material amendments, supplements or other modifications, as to which Buyer shall not have reasonably objected or (ii) by G▇▇▇▇▇ Mae, F▇▇▇▇▇ M▇▇ or F▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, as applicable, at the request of Seller and as to which (x) Seller has given notice to Buyer of any such material amendment, supplement or other modification and (y) Buyer shall not have reasonably objected.
