Agency Guidelines definition

Agency Guidelines means the Xxxxxx Xxx Guide, the Xxxxxx Mae Guide and/or the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide, the FHA Regulations, the VA Regulations and/or the Rural Housing Service Regulations, as the context may require, in each case as such guidelines have been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by Xxxxxx Mae, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx Mac, FHA, VA or RHS, as applicable.

Agency Guidelines means those requirements, standards and procedures which may be adopted by the Agencies from time to time with respect to their purchase or guaranty of residential mortgage loans, which requirements govern the Agencies’ willingness to purchase or guaranty such loans.

Agency Guidelines means the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide and the other Purchase Documents (as defined in the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide).

Examples of Agency Guidelines in a sentence

• The Fund shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with any applicable Rating Agency Guidelines.

• If the Rating Agency Guidelines require the Company to receive a prior written confirmation that certain actions would not impair the rating then assigned by the Rating Agency to the MRP Shares, then the Company will not engage in such actions unless it has received written confirmation from each such Rating Agency that such actions would not impair the rating then assigned by such Rating Agency.

• The Rating Agency Guidelines of any Rating Agency may be amended by such Rating Agency without the vote, consent or approval of the Fund, the Board of Trustees or any Holder of Preferred Shares, including any MuniFund Term Preferred Shares, or Common Shares.

• For so long as any MRP Shares are Outstanding and Fitch or any Other Rating Agency which so requires is then rating such shares, the Company shall deliver to each rating agency which is then rating MRP Shares and any other party specified in the Rating Agency Guidelines all certificates that are set forth in the respective Rating Agency Guidelines at such times and containing such information as set forth in the respective Rating Agency Guidelines.

• Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Rating Agency Guidelines, as they may be amended from time to time by the respective Rating Agency, will be reflected in a written document and may be amended by the respective Rating Agency without the vote, consent or approval of the Fund, the Board of Directors and any holder of shares of Preferred Shares, including any Series of VRDP, or any other shareholder of the Fund.

Agency Guidelines. The Xxxxxx Xxx Guide, Xxxxxxx Mac Guide or Xxxxxx Xxx Guide, as applicable, as such Agency Guidelines may be modified from time to time or enacted subsequent to the date of this Agreement, and any other applicable agreements, rules, regulations, directives, announcements, bulletins and instructions of the applicable Agency relating to the servicing or subservicing of residential mortgage loans.

Agency Guidelines means the Gxxxxx Mxx Guidelines, the Fxxxxx Mae Guidelines and the Fxxxxxx Mac Guidelines, in each case as such guidelines have been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time (i) by Gxxxxx Mae, Fxxxxx Mxx or Fxxxxxx Mac, as applicable, in the ordinary course of business and, with respect to material amendments, supplements or other modifications, as to which Buyer shall not have reasonably objected or (ii) by Gxxxxx Mae, Fxxxxx Mxx or Fxxxxxx Mac, as applicable, at the request of Seller and as to which (x) Seller has given notice to Buyer of any such material amendment, supplement or other modification and (y) Buyer shall not have reasonably objected.

Agency Guidelines means the Ginnie Mae Guide, the Fannie Mae Guide and/or the Freddie Mac Guide, the FHA Regulations, the VA Regulations and/or the Rural Housing Service Regulations, as the context may require, in each case as such guidelines have been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA or RHS, as applicable.

Agency Guidelines means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan, the applicable Underwriting Guidelines set forth in clause (i) of the definition of “Underwriting Guidelines.”

Agency Guidelines means the guidelines published by Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx Mac, Xxxxxx Xxx, FHA, VA, and/or RHS.

Agency Guidelines means, with respect to an Agency, the servicing valuation procedural guidelines set forth by such Agency.
