AFR definition

AFR means a school district's annual financial report, one component of which is the AFR for all pupil transportation costs.

More Definitions of AFR

AFR means, for any Business Day, the monthly short-term applicable federal rate, based on a monthly compounding period, published by the Internal Revenue Service for the Applicable Month in which such Business Day occurs.
AFR means the short-term applicable federal rate for quarterly compounding, as described under Section 1274(d) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
AFR means the applicable federal rate pursuant to Section 1274 of the Code as in effect from time to time. Unless otherwise determined by the General Partner, AFR shall mean the short term AFR.
