Affiliate Website means any website which is maintained, operated or otherwise controlled by the Affiliate.
Affiliate Website means a templated website created and licensed by the Company to a Radio Affiliate, which website contains digitally embedded music differentiated by radio station format and provides functionalities as determined by the Management Committee and which presents music and special radio events and other related content that focus on the major artists, hit music and local content associated with the particular radio station format, as well as local artists and local MP3 artists within such format.
