Affiliate Receivables definition

Affiliate Receivables means, as of any time of determination, any amounts in respect of loans or advances owing to Borrower or another Loan Party from any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates at such time.

Affiliate Receivables mean any Receivable, the Obligor of which is an Affiliate of the Seller, the Servicer, any Originator or the Parent.
