Affiliate Group definition

Affiliate Group means a Person that with or through any of its Affiliates has any agreement, arrangement, understanding or relationship for the purpose of acquiring, holding, voting (except voting pursuant to a revocable proxy or consent given to such Person in response to a proxy or consent solicitation made to 10 or more Persons), exercising investment power or disposing of any Partnership Interests with any other Person that beneficially owns, or whose Affiliates beneficially own, directly or indirectly, Partnership Interests.

Affiliate Group means, with respect to each Investor, collectively, such Investor and each of its Affiliates who is also a holder of Series A Preferred Units.

Affiliate Group means employees of Sprint Corporation and its Subsidiaries who are housed in and work out of (a) the Affiliate Relations Group, (b) the Affiliate/PLS-Plan & Strategy Group or (c) the Affiliate/PLS-Client Service/Technology Group, each as currently structured within Sprint Corporation. For purposes of clarification, each of the groups currently reports to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Vice President-Strategic Partners. The term “Affiliate Group” also refers to any successor group of employees to those groups referenced above that may result from any internal management restructuring within Sprint Corporation and its Subsidiaries or Related Parties.

• We confirm that neither we nor any of our Parent Company/ Affiliate/ Group Company has submitted response to RfS other than this response to RfS, directly or indirectly, in response to the aforesaid RfS.

More Definitions of Affiliate Group

Affiliate Group means the Affiliate and the ultimate holding company of the Affiliate (including the group of companies or entities which are under the (direct or indirect) Control of (the ultimate holding company or shareholder(s) of) the Affiliate). "Affiliate Partner Registration Form" means the online sign up and registration form to be completed by the Affiliate. "Affiliate Website(s)" means the website(s) owned, controlled, hosted and operated by the Affiliate on which the Service shall be made available which URL’s are set out in the Affiliate Partner Registration Form.

Affiliate Group means each of the AWS Affiliate Group and the DCC Affiliate Group.

Affiliate Group means any affiliated group with the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code filing a consolidated federal income tax Return, or any similar group filing a consolidated, combined, or unitary tax Return under a comparable provision of state, local or foreign law.

The Company, in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors, shall have the right to issue Stock or other securities which are convertible into Stock which shall not be governed by or restricted by this Agreement.
