Affiliate Fee definition

Affiliate Fee means the amount payable to the Affiliate due to the (i) AxiTrader CPA Plan, and/or (ii) the Referred-Affiliate fee and/or (iii) the Sub-Affiliate fee (as applicable), based solely and exclusively on AxiTrader’s data and calculations as specified in the Report.
Affiliate Fee means the monetary remuneration you receive for participating in Edugram Affiliate Program. Affiliate Fee is based on the number of targeted actions determined independently by each Platform using Edugram services. Special Affiliate Fee conditions and corresponding rates are defined by each Platform in the agreement with Edugram and are available in the personal account of each Affiliate. In order for a targeted action to be deemed performed, the End User must go to the Platform’s website through the Link in the Affiliate’s promotional materials.
Affiliate Fee means the percentage of revenue Gogo pays to American [***] as further described in Section 2.1.2 of Exhibit D.

Examples of Affiliate Fee in a sentence

  • In the event that the Affiliate makes use of any marketing material and Ads not approved by the Company, the Company shall have the right, in addition to any other right or remedy available to it under these Terms or applicable law, to render the Tracking Link or Tracking URL assigned to such Affiliate inoperative, and immediately block the Affiliate's access to the Affiliate Program and deny any Affiliate Fee.

  • The Affiliate Fee shall be solely determined and tracked by the Company, whether through its own tracking system or a third party's tracking system, based on the Tracker ID and Tracking URL provided to the Affiliate.

  • The Company does not make any representation that the Affiliate will earn any amount of Affiliate Fee.

  • Only the Company's files and records will determine all statistics including but not limited to the number of Actions and Approved Transactions, cancellation, and Affiliate Fee (" Reports").

  • In addition to any other terms and conditions stated in these Terms or a particular Campaign Conditions, Affiliate Program and or under Applicable Law, the Affiliate is only entitled to receive an Affiliate Fee for Approved Activity.


More Definitions of Affiliate Fee

Affiliate Fee means the amount to be paid to Referring party by Weave for a Qualified Referral as specified in Section 3 hereof.
Affiliate Fee means the amount payable to the Affiliate due to the (i) Compensation Plan, and/or
Affiliate Fee means the retainer payable to a Participant during the Plan Year for service on an Affiliate Board.
Affiliate Fee or “Fee” or “Referral Fee” means the approved and undisputed amount due and payable one time only to an Affiliate in accordance with Section 8 below.
Affiliate Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(B).

Affiliate Fee means the fee payable by the Company to Affiliate for Approved Activity, as described in the applicable Campaign Conditions of the Affiliate Program, which may be amended by the Company at its sole discretion from time to time.
