Affected Member definition

Affected Member has the meaning set forth in Section 27 of the Investors LLC Agreement.

Affected Member means a member whose job is eliminated as part of the reduction, or a member who is displaced by a member having more seniority as part of the reduction.

• The Authorized Commission or Authorized Person shall promptly notify the Market Monitoring Unit, who shall, in turn, promptly notify any Affected Member of any inadvertent or intentional release, or possible release, of confidential information provided pursuant to this Section I.

• Such oral notice to the Affected Member shall include the substance of the oral disclosure, but shall not reveal any confidential information of any other Member and must be received by the Affected Member before the name of the Affected Member is released to the Authorized Person; provided however, disclosure of the identity of the Affected Party must be made to the Authorized Commission with which the Authorized Person is associated within two (2) Business Days of the initial oral disclosure.
