AEO definition

AEO means the authorised economic operator referred to in Article 38 of the Code; 2. 'AEOC' means the holder of an authorisation as referred to in Article 38(2)(a) of the Code; 3. 'AEOS' means the holder of an authorisation as referred to in Article 38(2)(b) of the Code; 4. 'AEOF' means the holder of authorisations as referred to in Article 38(2)(a) and in Article 38(2)(b) of the Code at the same time. 5. 'agricultural policy measures' means the provisions governing export refunds or import or export licences relating to agricultural products which are covered by the Common Agricultural Policy; 6.   • Any Supplier providing goods under this Order where the final destination of such goods is the outside of the U.S. agrees that it is either: (i) certified under a government-approved supply chain security program (such as an AEO program or similar program); or (ii) has developed and implemented or shall develop and implement within sixty (60) days of acceptance of this Order adequate supply chain security procedures as determined by Buyer in its sole discretion.

  • Official supply chain security program is defined as one of the following: ISO 28000 or 27036 (as applicable), SAE AS5553 or other SAE standard (as applicable), Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), or other program accepted in writing by the State, Office of ▇▇.▇▇ Services (f/k/a Office of Enterprise Technology and d/b/a ▇▇.▇▇ or ▇▇.▇▇ Services)(“▇▇.▇▇”) and the State, Department of Administration’s Office of State Procurement (“OSP”).
