Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Section 7(b), (i) in no event shall the Funds be obligated to pay any fees under this Agreement to BNY Mellon with respect to any services not actually provided during any such Force Majeure Event and (ii) the Funds shall have no responsibility to pay BNY Mellon for services temporarily performed by the Investment Adviser or a third party.
The Adviser agrees that Subadviser may delegate trading execution and related reporting functions to the trading desk of an affiliate (“Affiliated Trading Desk”).
