The Royalty and Advertising Contribution with respect to each Franchised Restaurant are due and payable at the times and places, in the manner, and with the frequency and due dates specified herein.
Such franchise agreement shall include FRANCHISOR’s then current standard franchise fee, royalties and advertising contribution, and the Franchisee Fee, Royalties and Advertising Contribution set forth on Schedule A shall not apply.
