Advertising Contribution definition

Advertising Contribution means the monthly amount payable under clause 8.2 calculated by multiplying the Gross Sales for the previous month by the Advertising Percentage.
Advertising Contribution means the percentage of Revenues specified in Schedule B.
Advertising Contribution has the meaning set forth in Article 27(2) of the DA.

  • The Royalty and Advertising Contribution with respect to each Franchised Restaurant are due and payable at the times and places, in the manner, and with the frequency and due dates specified herein.
