Advertising Agent definition

Advertising Agent means a person engaged in providing any service connected with the making, preparation, display, demonstration or exhibition of advertisement in any manner and includes an advertising agency or media agent or advertising or media consultant or media buying house, by whatever name called;
Advertising Agent means a person whose sole or principal business is the making or placing of commercial advertisements on behalf of others;
Advertising Agent or "Agency" means any person, including an association of persons, a partnership, a firm, a company or close corporation or any other legal entity carrying on the business of making a booking for the selection and purchase of advertising space or time for the televised transmission of an advertisement on behalf of persons intending to advertise.

  • If the Advertiser and/or the Advertising Agent fail to provide the Station with Material that is acceptable to the Station within the deadline set herein, the Advertiser and the Advertising Agent shall remain fully liable for their obligations under the Bookings and shall pay the Station in full for the charges applicable to the Bookings, whether or not any Material is in fact telecast.

  • Customer will own the reports and output generated with Customer Data through access to System in accordance with this Agreement.

Advertising Agent means a person, firm or company which has placed Booking(s) with TVB on behalf of the Advertiser and who/which agrees to be bound jointly and severally together with the Advertiser for all sums due to TVB under these Conditions, and which is authorised by the Advertiser to act on the Advertiser’s behalf in the placement of Booking with TVB. The Advertising Agent appointed by the Advertiser shall be deemed to have full authority to act on all matters connected with the placing and changing of Booking and the supply of Sponsored Product. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TVB reserves the right to accept or reject the Advertising Agent appointed by the Advertiser at its complete discretion.
