Advancing Agent definition

Advancing Agent means such successor Person.

Advancing Agent. Arbor Realty SR, Inc., unless a successor Person shall have become the Advancing Agent pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Advancing Agent” shall mean such successor Person.

• The Advancing Agent shall be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent of the obligations specifically imposed upon and undertaken by the Advancing Agent.

• The Advancing Agent and any director, officer, employee or agent of the Advancing Agent may rely in good faith on any document of any kind prima facie properly executed and submitted by any Person respecting any matters arising hereunder.

• The Trustee shall provide the Advancing Agent with notice, prior to any funding of an Interest Advance by the Advancing Agent, of any additional interest remittances received by the Trustee after delivery of such initial notice that reduce such Interest Shortfall.

Advancing Agent. TRTX Master CLO Loan Seller, LLC, or its successors or assigns pursuant to the Indenture, solely in its capacity as Advancing Agent.
