Advance Facility definition

Advance Facility. As defined in Section 3.22.

Advance Facility. A financing or other facility as described in Section 10.07.

Advance Facility. As defined in Section 5.01(b)(i).

Examples of Advance Facility in a sentence

• Notwithstanding the existence of any Advance Facility under which an Advancing Person agrees to fund Advances and/or Servicing Advances on the Master Servicer's behalf, the Master Servicer shall remain obligated pursuant to this Agreement to make Advances and Servicing Advances pursuant to and as required by this Agreement.

• No consent of the Depositor, the Trustee, the Certificateholders or any other party shall be required before the Master Servicer may enter into an Advance Facility.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, if so required pursuant to the terms of the Advance Facility, the Master Servicer may direct, and if so directed in writing the Trustee is hereby authorized to and shall pay to the Advance Facility Trustee the Reimbursement Amounts identified pursuant to the preceding sentence.

• No consent of the Trustee, Certificateholders or any other party is required before the Servicer may enter into an Advance Facility.

• Notwithstanding the existence of any Advance Facility under which an Advancing Person agrees to fund P&I Advances and/or Servicing Advances on the Servicer's behalf, the Servicer shall remain obligated pursuant to this Agreement to make P&I Advances and Servicing Advances pursuant to and as required by this Agreement, and shall not be relieved of such obligations by virtue of such Advance Facility.

Advance Facility. As defined in Section 8.29(a) hereof.

Advance Facility as defined in Section 8.03. Affiliate: with respect to any specified Person, any other Person controlling or controlled by or under common control with such specified Person. For the purposes of this definition, “control” when used with respect to any specified Person means the power to direct the management and policies of such Person, directly or indirectly, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise and the terms “controlling” and “controlled” have meanings correlative to the foregoing.

Advance Facility. A financing or other facility as described in Section 10.11.

Advance Facility means the facility to draw Tranche A Advances, Tranche B Advances or Swingline Advances referred to in sub-clauses 2.1(a), (b) and (c) (Facilities) respectively.

Advance Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.01.

Advance Facility has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eligible Servicing Agreement.”
