ADU definition

ADU means an Accessory Dwelling Unit or Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit, which are both considered as ADUs in this code.

More Definitions of ADU

ADU refers to those units provided in accordance with Article 7 of the County Zoning Ordinance, as amended, [or the Proffers, if applicable] for which the initial and subsequent sale/resale price is regulated by the Ordinance, as amended, including the Property;
