ADSP definition

ADSP has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(i)(ii).
ADSP means the aggregate deemed sales price at which the Company, or a subsidiary of the Company, as applicable, is deemed to have sold its assets for Tax purposes as a result of a Section 338(h)(10) Election;
