As of the end of each Plan Year after Excess Elective Deferrals have been determined, the Plan must satisfy the ADP Test.

More Definitions of ADP Test

ADP Test means the average deferral percentage test as described in Section 2(b) of this Appendix B and as set forth in section 401(k)(3) of the Code and section 1.401(k)-1 of the Treasury Regulations.
