Any Claims filed after the Bar Date or Administrative Bar Date, as applicable, shall be deemed disallowed and expunged in their entirety without further order of the Bankruptcy Court or any action being required on the part of any Objecting Party, unless the Person or entity wishing to file such Claim has received prior Bankruptcy Court authority to file such Claim after the Bar Date or the Administrative Bar Date, as applicable.

Any holder of an Administrative Claim that is required to File a request for payment of such Administrative Claim that does not File such request with the Bankruptcy Court by the Administrative Bar Date, shall be forever barred, estopped, and enjoined from asserting such Administrative Claim against the Debtors, and such Administrative Claim shall be deemed released and discharged as of the Effective Date.
