Any adjustment not made because the Adjustment Threshold Amount is not satisfied shall be carried forward and made, together with any subsequent adjustments, at such time as (a) the aggregate amount of all such adjustments is equal to at least the Adjustment Threshold Amount or (b) the Warrant is exercised.
