Adjustment Amounts definition

Adjustment Amounts means, in relation to any proposed Advance or Letter of Credit:
Adjustment Amounts has the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a).
Adjustment Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b)(i)(C).

Adjustment Amounts means the Equity Adjustment Amount and the Related Party Debt Adjustment Amount;
