Adjustment Amounts definition

Adjustment Amounts means, in relation to any proposed Advance or Letter of Credit:
Adjustment Amounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.

Adjustment Amounts as used in this Section 2.3. shall mean any payments, as adjusted, and/or reductions to the Purchase Price made by Buyer to Sellers or by Sellers to Buyer pursuant to Sections 2.3.2. and 2.3.4. of this Agreement.
