Adjusted Property definition

Adjusted Property means any property the Carrying Value of which has been adjusted pursuant to Section 5.5(d).

More Definitions of Adjusted Property

Adjusted Property means any property the Carrying Value of which has been adjusted pursuant to Section 4.2(d).
Adjusted Property means any property the book value of which has been adjusted as provided by Section 1(d) of Annex I.
