Adjusted Funded Amount definition

Adjusted Funded Amount means, in determining the Company Transfer Price for any Purchaser Interest, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Adjusted Liquidity Price of each such Purchaser Interest and (b) an amount equal to each Unconditional Liquidity Provider's Pro Rata Share of the difference between (i) the Adjusted Liquidity Price of each such Purchaser Interest and (ii) the Capital of each such Purchaser Interest.
Adjusted Funded Amount means, in determining the Falcon Transfer Price for any Receivable Interest, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Adjusted Liquidity Price of each such Receivable Interest and (b) an amount equal to each Unconditional Liquidity Provider's Pro Rata Share of the difference between (i) the Adjusted Liquidity Price of each such Receivable Interest and (ii) the Capital of each such Receivable Interest.
