Adjusted Collateral Value definition

Adjusted Collateral Value means, at any time (a) in the case of Collateral referred to in clause (a) or (b) of the definition of such term, 97.087% of the Collateral Value thereof, (b) in the case of Collateral referred to in clause (c) of the definition of such term, 95.238% of the Collateral Value thereof and (c) in the case of Collateral referred to in clause (d) or (e) of the definition of such term, 86.957% of the Collateral Value thereof.

More Definitions of Adjusted Collateral Value
