ADH definition

ADH refers to accidental damage from handling; meaning, damage directly resulting from unintentionally dropping the Covered Product (such as a cracked screen) or spilling liquid onto it. ADH IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH ALL PRODUCT TYPES. • “Claim”: a request for service under the provisions of this Agreement sent by You.
ADH. “ADP”: accidental damage from handling; such as damage resulting from dropping the covered Product, liquid spillage, or in association with screen breakage. (NOTE: ADH / ADP is not available with all Product types. See Your Plan for full details.)
ADH means a drop, a liquid spill, or a cracked screen due to unintentional and Accidental Damage from Handling as a result of normal use.

Examples of ADH in a sentence

  • If You purchased Laptop Screen Protection or ADH coverage, this Plan provides coverage for labor and replacement parts necessary to repair or replace Your laptop screen should it become inoperable but not more than twice during the term of this Plan.

  • ADH only covers operational or mechanical failure caused by an accident from handling and does not include protection against theft, mysterious disappearance, misplacement, viruses, reckless, abusive, willful or intentional misconduct associated with handling and use, cosmetic damage and/or other damage that does not affect unit functionality, damage caused during shipment between You and Our service provider and any other limitations listed in the “What is Not Covered” section of this Agreement.

  • Any resultant damage from this type of treatment is NOT covered by ADH.

  • ADH only covers a structural failure caused by a single incident and does not include protection against theft, vandalism, mysterious disappearance, misplacement, or reckless, abusive, willful or intentional misconduct associated with handling and/or use of the Covered Product, improper laundering, damage caused during shipment between You and Our service providers and any other limitations listed in the “What is Not Covered” section of this Agreement.
