ADH definition

ADH refers to accidental damage from handling; meaning, damage directly resulting from unintentionally dropping the Covered Product (such as a cracked screen) or spilling liquid onto it. ADH IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH ALL PRODUCT TYPES. • “Claim”: a request for service under the provisions of this Agreement sent by You.

  • When CMS declares a public health emergency (PHE) with the implementation of waivers which applies to Arkansas, ADH may consider implementing similar waivers.
