Additional Works definition

Additional Works means any services, plant, machinery, tools, equipment or works that the Company agrees to provide to the Customer under the Contract pursuant to Clause 3.4 in addition to those detailed in the Quotation;
Additional Works means any Works or Special Works not specifically referred to in this Agreement, the schedules hereto or in the Plans and Specifications;
Additional Works. Has the same meaning as set out in the Acceptance Waiver Agreement.

Examples of Additional Works in a sentence

  • National Grid shall explain to the Customer the purpose and content of the Additional Works.

  • Time charge rates should be inserted in all cases, since if any Additional Works is undertaken, it is charged on a time basis (see clause 3-6).

  • Cadent shall explain to the Customer the purpose and content of the Additional Works.

  • If Additional Works and / or Services are procured from third parties, the Public partner undertakes to coordinate schedules of such Additional works and / or services with the Public Partner, as well as to take all measures to ensure that such third parties comply with the safety requirements of the work and do not interfere with the Public Partner's performance of the Works.

  • Additional Works may be incorporated into this Agreement at such time as both parties agree to the exhibition of other Works and such Works are listed on the Inventory.


More Definitions of Additional Works

Additional Works means additional works required for delivery, installation (apart from standard installation) as specified in the applicable STCP including but not limited to any dismantling works, hacking, trunking and electrical work, sky lift, re-installation, relocation, installation work on public holiday or Sunday and/or other any necessary work required to ensure the proper functioning of the Product(s).
Additional Works means any changes, alterations, works or other amendments required to the Property or any part of it, including any services, which are identified in the Detailed Survey as being necessary before Installation can take place;

Additional Works means any products or works listed as such on the Quotation.
Additional Works means any drainage work and drainage infrastructure including soak-away pits, grading, landscaping, fencing, tree planting, buffering, berming or other development requirements associated with the proper development of the Plan of Subdivision and which are listed as additional works to be completed pursuant to this Agreement;
