Examples of Additional Target in a sentence

  • If the first Event Milestone Payment payable under Section 7.4 in respect of any Additional Target is payable before the amount payable under this Section 7.3 in respect of such Additional Target is payable, such amount payable under this Section 7.3 shall be paid at the same time as such Event Milestone Payment is payable.

  • Upon exercise of an Option with respect to a Potential Target and subject to Section 2.9 (HSR Act), such Potential Target shall become an Additional Target.

  • Each time an Option is exercised with respect to an Additional Target, such target shall be removed from the Potential Target List and shall cease to be a Potential Target under this Agreement.
