Additional Subscription Amount definition

Additional Subscription Amount means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrant Shares underlying the Warrants purchased by a Purchaser multiplied by (ii) $0.01 in connection with the Warrants, which Additional Subscription Amount shall be paid in United States dollars and in immediately available funds by the Purchaser at Closing.
Additional Subscription Amount shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2.
Additional Subscription Amount means a value equal to the difference obtained by subtracting the Initial Subscription Amount from the Total Subscription Amount.

More Definitions of Additional Subscription Amount

Additional Subscription Amount means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrant ADSs underlying the Warrants purchased by a Purchaser multiplied by (ii) $0.0012047 in connection with the Warrants, which Additional Subscription Amount shall be paid in United States dollars and in immediately available funds by the Purchaser at the Closing.
Additional Subscription Amount means, as to each Purchaser, the Second Closing Subscription Amount and/or the Third Closing Subscription Amount, as applicable.
Additional Subscription Amount means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount to be paid for the Additional Debentures purchased hereunder pursuant to Section 2.2.

Additional Subscription Amount means the amount each Purchaser agrees to pay at the Second Tranche Closing as reflected on its signature page.
Additional Subscription Amount means the total amount as set out in Part A of SCHEDULE 4 to be invested by the Investor to subscribe to the Additional Naspers Securities.
