Additional Stock Consideration definition

Additional Stock Consideration means the consideration received by the Company upon the issuance of the Additional Shares of Common Stock.
Additional Stock Consideration means 2,275,000 shares of Parent Common Stock.
Additional Stock Consideration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4 hereof.

Additional Stock Consideration is defined in SECTION 1.6.
