Additional Service Charge definition

Additional Service Charge means a charge determined by AEMO which recovers any costs incurred by AEMO where the total costs were in excess of$5,000 arising from the provision of an additional service to a Scheme participant where, in AEMO’s opinion, that additional service will provide a benefit only to that Scheme participant and no benefit will be provided to:
Additional Service Charge means fees payable by the Customer for the Additional Service;
Additional Service Charge means those charges that may apply for the secondment Additional Services as set out in the relevant secondment agreement and/or Call-Off Agreement;

Examples of Additional Service Charge in a sentence

  • Where the Additional Service is requested on a one off or ad hoc basis, the Market Operator shall be entitled to agree an Additional Service Charge for the relevant service with the Undertaker Wholesale Business or Retailer Business requesting the service.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Market Operator will still be entitled to levy an Additional Service Charge in respect of such work even where this does not result in the issue of a Post RF Settlement Report.

  • Step h: Notification of acceptanceWhere the CMA determines that a Retrospective Amendment shall be implemented, it will notify the Data Owner of that decision, by an email to the Contract Manager, which shall confirm the Additional Service Charge, if any, and the method and date when the Retrospective Amendment will be implemented in Central Systems.

  • The CMA will assess the cost of implementing the proposed Retrospective Amendment and such cost will be raised as an Additional Service Charge.

  • A Relocation Fee will be separately charged (please refer to the Additional Service Charge Table on the Website).


More Definitions of Additional Service Charge

Additional Service Charge means the agreed cost of the Additional Services, being the difference between the Council’s Approved Rate and the Provider’s Price;
