Additional Purchaser definition

Additional Purchaser means each purchaser under the Additional Purchase Agreement.

Additional Purchaser means an Additional Conduit and the Related Additional Alternate Purchasers or an Additional Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser.

Additional Purchaser. Each Person (together with its successors and assigns) that becomes a party to this Agreement as an Additional Purchaser pursuant to an Additional Purchaser Agreement.

Additional Purchaser and collectively, “Additional Purchasers”, have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

Additional Purchaser and “Additional Purchasers” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b) of this Agreement.

Additional Purchaser means any Person that is not an existing Purchaser and has agreed to provide Incremental Commitments pursuant to Section 2.7(c).
