Additional Programs definition

Additional Programs. Out-of-School-Time. Out-of-School-Time Programs include any programs operated before or after school hours, or on weekends, or during school calendar breaks, but does not include school clubs or athletics. The School provides, operates, is affiliated with, or sponsors the out-of-school-time programs identified and described in Exhibit E. The School does not provide, operate, affiliate, or sponsor out-of-school-time programs not otherwise identified and described in Exhibit E.
Additional Programs means any combination of two or more of the foregoing, as the context requires;
Additional Programs means all sub-programs, routines, program files, data files, file and data definitions and relationships, data definition specifications, data models, program and system logic, interfaces, algorithms, program architecture, design concepts, system designs, program structure, sequence and organization, screen displays and report layouts relating to, interacting with, or a part of the Supplier-owned or developed Software.

Examples of Additional Programs in a sentence

  • The Additional Programs are subject to the terms of this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions made available to the Agency prior to the commencement of such activity (including without limitation, any website terms of use made available in connection with the ‘Kids At Home’ program).

  • Kids Up Front reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Additional Programs without prior notice to the Agency or the Recipients for any reason whatsoever.

  • The cost of development and/or implementation of any Additional Programs pursuant to this Section 5 shall be included in the Agency Budget.

  • In the event that a Member does not provide its jurisdiction’s waste to the County of Sonoma’s waste disposal system and therefore does not contribute to the Waste Management Agency Fee, Agency may, at its discretion, enter into separate agreements with such individual Members to make available some or all of the Core Programs and Additional Programs in exchange for compensation from the Member for the costs of the Programs provided.

  • The Additional Programs are further described in Section 5 of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Additional Programs

Additional Programs will be added upon the terms and conditions set forth in section 6.2 and will be identified during the Research Term.
Additional Programs means both of the foregoing;
Additional Programs means the activities contemplated in Article 17 hereof.
Additional Programs means: any further episodes of the program subsequently produced for the same season or any subsequent season of the program; and any sequels, prequels or remakes of the program; or any spin-off programs (being programs based on, adapted from or derived from the program or the underlying property, including the characters and the format thereof). The broadcast licence agreement shall specify the period of time within which the Broadcaster must exercise its right of last refusal, but in no event will such period exceed forty-five (45) days from the Broadcaster’s receipt of written notice of any third party offer received by the Independent Producer in respect of the licensing of Additional Programs (which notice shall include the material terms of the offer).
Additional Programs shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.8.
Additional Programs. Upon mutual approval, Company shall discuss in good faith adding Included Programs in each of the Company Content and the Spanish Company Content, that are rated R (as such term is commonly understood and determined by the MPAA ratings).”
